As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving profit and delivering excellent service. This position offers exposure to a variety of tasks, including building relationships with clients and candidates, all while developing your skills in a vibrant and supportive setting.

The Role

• Engage with clients and candidates to build strong relationships and drive recruitment success.
• Utilise Bullhorn software to manage recruitment processes effectively.
• Develop a pool of 40 hot companies through proactive client engagement.
• Balance your time between client interactions and applicant management, with a focus on sales.

• Demonstrates resilience and a proven ability to build relationships effectively.
• Holds a minimum of GCSEs and prioritises experience over qualifications.
